```Responsibilities```

- Be the face of Almost Home to all visitors and provide exceptional customer service without exception and expect the same from subordinates.

-Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office

- Supervise staff and volunteers as needed

- Develop and implement office policies and procedures

- Manage office budget, including expense tracking and cost control measures

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Executive Director as needed.

- Maintain an organized filing system for important documents and records

- Ensure proper functioning of office equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed

- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in record keeping

- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

- Proficient in Square, Canva, Wix and Give Butter is ideal

- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
